Big Al’s Meridian Idaho — March 4, 2019

Big Al’s Meridian Idaho

Me and my family entered the big doors of Big Al’s and almost immediately the fun began. The music was too loud the games were too bright and we were too excited!

Me and my siblings went up the large stairs, put $20 dollars each on our play cards and went straight to the arcade. we spent about 30 minutes playing games and winning prizes.

After we had finished playing we went downstairs to the biggest bowling alley I had ever seen. The workers made everything so fun and easy to find our lane, balls, and shoes. We played about 3 games, then went to the restaurant inside of Big Al’s.

The restaurant/ sports bar was ginormous. We sat down at our table, and my dad got to watch the game he thought he was going to miss.😂 The food tasted great and the waiters were so kind and helpful. Image result for big al's meridian

Roaring springs, Meridian, Idaho — August 6, 2017

Roaring springs, Meridian, Idaho

Me and my family of five went to a water park in Meridian, Idaho.

Roaring springs was so big! There was tons of slides, rides, and little shops to go eat and buy souvenirs at.

Me and my siblings were jumping with joy. We could hardly wait to be on one of the thrilling rides!

We didn’t know where to start. The toilet bowl? The racing ride I was determined to win. The slide that shoots you out? The wave pool looked exiting. The lazy river? There was so many different things to do!

My mom had to play with my little sister in the kiddie  area , so for the first couple rides it was just me, dad, and my brother.

First we went to the wave pool. we had the best time there. Then we went to the lazy river. We did multiple more rides, then my dad watched my little sister and my mom went with us to do some more rides.

All the rides were spectacular but my favorite was the racing ride ( which I can’t seem to remember the name of) that is kind of like a potato sack race. When it was almost closing tome we went to one of the little shops and got ice cream.

B’s review: I would give roaring springs a ten out of ten. The lines were short, we got in for a reason able price, and the rides helped our family have a great day together.

Make sure you go on a hot day. I recommend roaring springs for all ages even you kids as the kiddie pool has slides and fountains. Remember to wear sun block!

The Capital — March 16, 2017

The Capital

My class went to the state capital of Penn state in Harrisburg for our field trip.

We opened the doors to the capital and the first thing I saw was the security.

They were just like the airport, they had to take the teachers bags and look through them.

They even had the kids scanned. After we were scanned we exited the room and we were instantly in big dome. The dome was so high we could see three different floors. We were able to see the state governor he taught us how bills are passed.

The capital was so beautiful. Parts of the dome was made from gold.

The governor told us that if a light went out from inside one of the chandeliers some one had to go inside the chandelier and replace the light bulb. The paintings are of historical events of our country.

B’s review: The capital is for people who like history. Be aware they do a bag check!
